Our shop is proud to be supported by our diverse volunteers, who bring a range of skills, experiences, and perspectives to our team. We value the contributions of each and every one of our volunteers, and we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Katy

Katy volunteers twice a week and likes colouring-in and Anime drawing

Grace

Grace volunteers every week with a range things that need doing, she has also attended the odd event such as the Christmas market at Westpoint

Josh and Zeta

Josh and Zeta volunteers part of their D of E . at weekends

Sam

Sam volunteers occasionally with various little jobs in the shop

Emily

Emily comes and helps us every week volunteering in the shop, she likes colouring in and helping serve customers

Orsa with Anja

Anja is volunteering through Exeter College Internship and volunteers twice a week

Max

Max volunteers occasionally and helps with barcoding and helping with stock items

Julia

Julia volunteers in the shop occasionally and likes helping sort the pins and stickers

Tabby

Tabby volunteers every week with a range of tasks linked to crafts in the shop

Robert

Robert helps weekly with various jobs in the shop. he likes to help tidy up and give Orsa treats!

Nicole

Nicole volunteered initially as part of her school work experience and now she helps occasionally as part of her college course

“I like to come to the craft hub everyone makes me feel so welcome. I like to come and see Orsa too. I like how things are adapted for me and I feel part of a team and I am happy here and I don't feel different ."

"I cannot express how grateful I am to Sonya at the craft hub for giving me the opportunity to volunteer in the shop. It has been a blessing for me - I have autism and suffer from anxiety and ocd.
